Abstract: All customers who submit their experience will receive a FREE T-SHIRT!

Northwood Stoneworks invites all of its current customers to submit their version of the "Northwood Difference."  We are looking to hear from our customers on how Northwood has helped their business to succeed.

We would like to know about any unique and/or large scale high production projects that are only possible through the use of Northwood CNC technology.

If you aren't using the machine to create anything unique, tell us how Northwood has helped your business to succeed and affected your bottom line.

All customers who submit feedback will be contacted by Northwood to receive a FREE Northwood T-Shirt.

We look forward to hearing what our machines are doing out in the real world.

Our NW Fabcenter is one of the best business decisions we could have made. A machine made in the USA and truly backed by the Americans that build them! This machine has given us the ability to go after larger jobs without the worry of not being able to meet deadlines or complete them. The precision of the tops coming off put us above most of the manual shops and the speed at which we can do it amazes us. The men & women who make up Northwood make you part of thier family and have supported us every step of the way so far. Countertops and fireplace surrounds are what we do now but hopefully there will be time in the future to try other things with our Northwood.

What does it mean to do business with Northwood? It means that you can call someone at 7:30 pm on Sunday night and get somebody on the phone. It means that someone from Northwood may show up at your shop one day and fix something that you didn't even know needed to be fixed. It means I can call with a question on my four year old machine that is no longer under warranty, and they still help me without sending a bill. It means having a service tech at your shop in as little as four hours.

This is the Northwood difference. These are things that have actually happened to me. This is the kind of service that has saved me tens of thousands of dollars and made me tens of thousands of dollars. Northwood has been more like a partner to me than a vendor.

The Northwood difference for us is having a problem and getting it resolved Now, Not having to schedule an appt with a tech to talk on the phone. Sending Robbie Tidwell and email, and having my phone ring 3 minutes later. Calling in to ask a question and having people bend over backwards to help!! That's the Northwood Difference for us.
Thanks to Everyone at Northwood!!! You guys ROCK!!

The Northwood difference for me.
I have been using Northwood equipment since 2001 and I am still impressed with the service that they provide.
Whenever I have a question, they will have an answer.
I know they take pride in the fact that everyone at Northwood is willing to help you and your machines succeed,
no matter what it takes.

For us the Northwood difference has been reliability and accuracy year in and year out. I have used and programmed CNC woodworking equipment for 20 years and my Northwood has been the best investment for the money than any of them. It’s not even close. Part of that experience has been the technical support, field technicians and salesmen at Northwood. As a group, they have consistently proven themselves to be among the best and are a pleasure to work with.
Our 4 axis router is used extensively for custom architectural millwork. A large portion of our work involves intricate and complex pieces that would be very difficult, or impossible to complete by hand, or with less capable equipment. With almost 7 years of cutting everything from plastics, aluminum, hardwoods, paneling, and even bullet resistant composites, we will put our machine up against any other for speed and accuracy. With our spindle, drill bank, saw and 3 aggregates we feel that there isn’t anything we cannot make with our software and machine. That would be the Northwood difference.

"The Northwood Difference" began for me with a trip to Northwood. In a matter of hours, I knew I would be buying a machine from Northwood simply because of the uncommon quality of the Northwood people. Make no mistake, the machines are legacy quality and they continue to stay on the bleeding edge of technology, balancing between ease of use and absurd accuracy, yet that is worthless without real world support. And the PEOPLE of Northwood have created a culture of fanatical loyalism with their uncompromisable commitment to supporting their machines. I purchased an amazing machine, but I bought an invaluable network of experts that know me by my first name and answer the phone at odd hours, without pretense, to greet me like an old friend willing to help.
With a host of choices and a world of fine machines, you can elect to purchase a machine from a growing number of providers or you can buy into a culture of support whose goal is to provide the fabricator with all the tools of success.
The "Northwood difference" is the Culture of Northwood itself. Since we drank the kool-aide we've never looked back.
And if you're hesitant to talk to a salesman, my phone is always on and my shop is always open..Call me and come see for yourself.
