Northwood offers linear feed-through automation work cell for nested based manufacturing. The system provides automatic labeling, automatic loading, automatic table sweeping, and automatic unload. After unload, an automatic belt conveyor feeds parts to the operator for unload.
Additional dust collection is located over the belt conveyor and at the end of the conveyor for efficient cleanup.
Automatic labeling is controlled via Fanuc Servo motor system and is a background process allowing pre-labeling while the machine is cutting.
The linear feed-through system is also available with only automatic unload as shown below.
