The 32 hp saw motor cuts at 400 inches per minute — double the industry average — while the automatic dressing capabilities keeps production running continuously by executing mid cycle, without the need to restart the program. Intuitive programming alternates seamlessly between the 18-inch blade and a 60,000 PSI KMT high-pressure waterjet for clean cuts.  

Its monoblock design provides stability, while the machine holds the blade rigidly to prevent binding. Together, these engineering choices help the Raptor maintain its industry-leading speed.  

An optional tilt variation lowers the slab into the cutting area, making loading simple. While the optional double table variation eliminates downtime by giving you the ability to simultaneously load/unload one table and cut slabs on the other for the highest throughput possible.
