Northwood Live provides a comprehensive overview of your CNC machine. Cycle times, alarm histories, daily calendar views, efficiency reports, shift rundowns and more are all available via desktop or mobile device.

Northwood Live supports multiple machines and companies, so you can manage complex operations seamlessly, including maintenance. Get proactive alerts sent directly to your email or text when items are due. When completed, operators can close tasks with a simple click.

All new CNC machines come with a year of Northwood Live. After that, it moves to an annual per-machine subscription with unlimited user seats.

CNC Console is your main operator interface. Formerly called Stone Fabricators Interface (SFI), it works across all Northwood machines and materials, providing a unified HMI for daily operations.

The Console is completely customizable to your users and shop needs, with easy-to-use buttons and graphics for common tasks. The loading screen displays the DXF image of the program and all necessary operator controls — like those for the laser and the camera — in one place.

CNC Console runs on Windows, has an automatic tool offset backup system with network storage, and includes barcode technology for easy integration with StoneVision® and other programs.

Designed for the Navigator CNC and fully integrated with NorthwoodAI, Pod Pilot eliminates the need to manually open and close valves one by one. Instead, it interprets the drawing and automatically activates the correct number of vacuum ports needed for the pods on the table.

Then, operators simply follow the illuminated guidance system: green lights show exactly where to connect pod tubes, while red zones are automatically turned off. Effortless accuracy.

This smart, visual approach removes guesswork, prevents costly setup mistakes, and ensures every part is supported exactly as intended. With Pod Pilot lighting the way, your team works faster, smarter and with total confidence.

StoneVision® is a toolpathing software designed for the Raptor and powered by ALPHACAM. With it, your CNC can operate as a bridge saw, a waterjet or a combination of saw and waterjet, depending on your needs.

The software includes a saw and waterjet library that allows for different settings depending on the stone or material types. Set, save and review sequences, lead-ins, lead-outs, optimum feed rates and automatic adjustments for all your toolpaths. Together, this can help increase production by 30%.
