Our process
Our goal is to provide everything you need to service and support your machine. That includes schematics with all part numbers readily available, exploded views of the machine and all components, access to lifetime training and more. Here’s what else you can expect.

Understanding your business
Designing a machine to fit your needs starts with understanding what your needs actually are. As part of the sales process, we’ll dig deep into your business, your goals and what you’re doing now. We want to make sure you’re getting the right machine. And once we agree on the plans, we’ll prep specs for engineering, order long lead items and get to work.

Mechanical, electrical and software engineering
Engineering is a collaborative process between your team and ours. We use the latest solids-based design and electrical system design software for all our drawings, schematics and technical data — the overall footprint, utility requirements, axes names and directions, tooling coverage and clearances, pin locations, pneumatics, lifting diagrams, PMC logic, machine parameters, schedule files, barcodes and more. And you’ll have access to all of it.

Manufacturing
We manufacture all structural components in house. That includes welding fabrications, base prep, machining, painting, electrical panel assembly, pre-assembly and final assembly. Once your machine is fully assembled, our quality assurance team validates that every component meets the original specs and we proceed with factory acceptance (either virtually or in-person).

Installation and training
Our trained technicians are on site with you for assembly and startup. Once the machine is under power and tested, operator and maintenance training begins. To finalize commissioning, we’ll walk you through running your actual parts.
