Iron Horse Dual Processing
The Iron Horse Dual Processing is a three-axis dual processing machining center engineered for high-volume manufacturing environments. Twin tables with twin tooling plates mean you get twice the number of accurate, high-quality parts done in a shift.
Minimize load time and cut two unique parts simultaneously with the Iron Horse Dual Processing. Designed with separate twin tables for continuous or pendulum processing, it’s available in both a wide and a narrow layout.
The dual head spacing can be fixed, adjustable or even servo controlled.
Tooling includes 24 HP liquid-cooled spindles, routers, motors, large vertical drills (5-line, 21-line, 35-line) and single vertical drills. For solid surface or architectural millwork applications, we also have molder heads and 360-degree programmable saws for v-grooving.
